Mixue88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the mixue88 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mixue88 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other available access method — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

When registering, you are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information. mixue88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Accounts found to be using false or invalid information may be terminated at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity carried out through your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the mixue88 support team immediately.
User responsibilities include:
- Keeping your account information current and accurate
- Not sharing your login credentials with any other party
- Not using another person's account without their written consent
- Comply with all platform rules as updated from time to time
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Users agree to use the mixue88 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical operations
- Gaining advantage through fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties
- Distributing content that violates the law through the platform
Mixue88 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, transaction reversal, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the mixue88 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the user's own responsibility.
Deposits are processed via payment methods supported by the platform, including internet banking (FPX) and local e-wallets. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, subject to third-party payment systems.
Withdrawals are subject to the conditions set out on the platform, including identity verification requirements and any wagering conditions tied to active bonuses. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once processed. mixue88 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that violate these terms or raise fraud concerns.
Important notes on transactions:
- All transactions are recorded and can be reviewed in your account history
- Funds deposited via unauthorised methods may be forfeited
- Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 30 days
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Mixue88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request from a lawful authority. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a terms violation may not be entitled to a refund of their account balance, depending on the nature of the violation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure is subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and fulfilment of any outstanding financial obligations.
Platform Liability Limits
Mixue88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, temporary technical failures, or losses resulting from wagering outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and mixue88 makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mixue88 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the property of the platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

The mixue88 platform works with third-party service providers for payment processing and certain technical functions. mixue88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party provider. Use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms.
Changes to These Terms
Mixue88 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure compliance with the latest terms. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, it will be reinterpreted or removed, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
